This page states the terms and conditions under which you use the www.subsplash.co.uk website. Any use of this website means that you agree to them. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you are not authourised to use this website. Making a contract with us :

If after you have received your goods you decide that they are not the correct size you may return them to us at your own cost and risk provided that you notify us by email to info@stayclever.com of your wish to do so within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Upon us receiving your returned goods we shall ship another provided that they are in their original, brand new, unused, re-sellable condition. Please note re shipping the correct item again will incur another shipping charge.

PLEASE NOTE: All discounted sales are final. Items that are reduced are reduced to clear and are therefore not returnable.

Faulty or damaged products : If you believe your goods may be faulty you must notify us within 28 days of the receipt of your goods by email to info@stayclever.com.We will then arrange with you an exchange for the affected goods. Exchanges will only be given after the goods have been returned to us and we can confirm upon inspection that the goods are damaged or faulty.

Product Availability :

Stayclever.com will endeaver to ensure that the web site does not have any problems and that goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available. In the event that your ordered items are out of stock we will notify you as soon as we can.

Please note that colours on our website will vary slightly depending how your monitor is callibrated. We do our very best to make sure all our images are true to the actual product you are purchasing but we cant gurantee a perfect match every time due to almost limitless variations in home monitor set ups.
